THE PROBLEM:
The facility was visited by a representative of the Environmental Protection Division (EPD) who performed soil sampling to determine contamination concentration levels at the site that exceeded HSRA and CERCLA reportable limits. The client needed these analyses to be recorded in a sampling event document for future referencing.

THE SOLUTION:
The solution was to provide third-party services for the client and to complete documentation of the EPD soil sampling event.

THE RESULT:
We provided the client with an EPA/EPD soil sampling event report. The document described the EPD activities at the site, listed the lab analyses, and highlighted the concentrations that were above the HSRA and CERCLA reportable limits.
