THE PROBLEM:
The facility was experiencing issues with site drainage and suspended solids that were leaving the subject property. Under the Erosion and Sedimentation Act certain structures needed to be implemented at the site to reduce and to control the sedimentation to provide adequate protection for the surface waters adjacent to the site.

THE SOLUTION:
The client needed a Erosion and Sediment Control Plan designed for the subject property to keep sediment from reaching the navigable waters.

THE RESULT:
We provided the facility with a detailed set of drawings in the form of an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. The plan and drawings illustrated what barrier measures needed to be implemented and what locations they needed to be placed in. The barrier measures helped control the site’s erosion and sedimentation and thus protected the surface waters from being polluted.
